Return and Refund

We strive to provide high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience to all our customers. Returns are accepted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects and must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

• It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

• The return must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is submitted, our team will review the case and assess the product condition. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we will proceed with one of the following resolutions based on the situation and product availability:

• Replacement with a new item, or

• Refund to the original payment method.

If, upon inspection, the product is found to be free from any manufacturing defect, shows signs of misuse, damage, or tampering, or does not meet the return criteria, the return request may be rejected without compensation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging when returning items. Any damage caused during return transit may affect eligibility.
